  • If you’re not fully satisfied with your artwork, returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery.
  • Returned pieces must be in their original condition and packaging.
  • Please contact us first at [email protected]  before sending anything back — we’ll guide you through the simple return process.
  • Shipping costs for returns are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item arrives damaged.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • We take great care in packing and protecting each piece, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us right away with photos so we can help resolve it quickly.
  • If your package is lost in transit, we’ll work with the carrier to locate it or find a suitable solution.
